Summary
Join HealthJoy's Marketing Team as the Manager of Engagement Marketing, leading the member engagement function and a small team. You will design and execute member engagement strategies across multiple channels, leveraging automation and AI. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Data, Product & Tech, Customer Success, and Member Services. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations. This role requires 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing with a consumer marketing focus and 5+ years building and scaling customer lifecycles using automation and AI. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience (with 2+ years of people management experience) in lifecycle marketing, engagement and enrollment marketing, or related field with a consumer marketing (B2C or B2B2C) focus
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling customer/consumer lifecycles using automation, personalization, and/or artificial intelligence
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multichannel marketing campaigns
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving alignment
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Looker, Amplitude)
- Ability to manage projects efficiently with high standards for quality of work and a high-level of accountability
- Problem solver mindset with an ability to navigate ambiguous projects
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Uplevel the design and contribution of a member engagement marketing function and build/lead a small team that maximizes adoption of HealthJoyβs products and services
- Partner with Data, Product & Tech, Customer Success, and Member Services leaders to develop, define and execute a member engagement strategy across multiple channels
- Employ automation and AI tools to scale engagement campaigns across multiple segments
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to segment, personalize, and scale our member engagement campaigns
- Identify key member segments in collaboration with the Data team and lead (and/or partner with Product Design on) research initiatives that improve campaign targeting and content
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers to develop GTM strategies for launching new products to our member audience and driving engagement and retention
- Collaborate with Content Marketing on member-facing content (educational, seasonal, etc.) to drive awareness and repeat utilization of HealthJoyβs products and features
- Evaluate performance of member engagement campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to improve their effectiveness

- Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $125,000-150,000 Annually
