Summary

Join ModSquad's network of Mod Contractors and work from home on flexible schedules, moderating content and assisting customers for top-tier brands. You'll guide customers, solve concerns, and help them optimize product usage. Projects are available now, with 24/7 availability (weekends required) and a 10-hour per week commitment for 90 days. The hourly rate is discussed during the interview. French language skills are required, and you'll need a dedicated Windows 10+ computer and willingness to install security software. Requirements

• Engagement Moderation background
• French language skills
• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
• 10 hours per week commitment
• 90 days commitment (as needed)

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers to the right answers
• Solve concerns
• Be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
