Engineering Manager

Summary

Litify is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers, focusing on cloud and Salesforce development, while ensuring the successful planning and management of their AI roadmap. The role requires a candidate with at least 5 years of hands-on development experience, including 2 years in AWS or Salesforce, 1+ years of ML or Generative AI experience, and 2+ years of leadership experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years hands-on development experience, with at least 2 years of experience developing in an AWS (or similar) or Salesforce
• 1+ years of ML or Generative AI experience
• 2+ years of proven experience in a software engineering leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading teams to complete projects on time while maintaining high quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and ensure the successful planning, implementation, and management of AI roadmap
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and career development to the engineering team
• Design, deploy, and optimize solutions that drive the roadmap
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies
• Work closely with AWS Architect to ensure AWS infrastructure is scalable, secure, and cost-optimized
• Become a subject matter expert on Salesforce development environment

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification
• Familiarity with Salesforce software development

Benefits

Estimated pay range: $125,000-140,000. Bonus and benefits may also be offered
