Summary

The job description is for an Engineering Operations Specialist role in a dynamic engineering environment. Requirements

• Proficiency with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Opsgenie (Preferred Technical Skills)
• Exceptional organizational and management abilities
• Excellent command of English
• A keen appetite for learning and a readiness to adapt rapidly in an ever-changing environment
• Great ability to be assertive and exercise leadership

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective collaboration among three engineering squads
• Manage duty schedules, track and report efforts, ensure efficient work allocation, and handle holiday requests for seamless operations
• Assume responsibility for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generating insightful reports to bolster operational efficiency
• Execute a broad spectrum of operational tasks, including platform translations
• Serve as the primary conduit for communication between customer-facing teams and engineering squads
• Develop long-term strategies to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals
