Join Ophelia as an Enrollment Coordinator and play a pivotal role in facilitating patient enrollment and program growth. Working under the Lead Enrollment Coordinator, you will guide prospective patients through the initial steps, address barriers to treatment, and track enrollment data. This fully remote position, with a preference for NYC-based candidates, requires one consistent weekend day. As a core team member, you'll contribute significantly to Ophelia's expansion and enjoy excellent growth potential. The role involves direct patient interaction, re-engagement efforts, and data-driven insights to optimize enrollment processes. One consistent weekend day in the schedule
Responsibilities
- Complete consultation calls with prospective Ophelia patients who are interested in getting started with our program
- Directly engage with prospective patients to guide and help them however needed. The Enrollment Team shepherds patients through their first steps into our program, and the Enrollment Coordinator is core to that effort
- Reengage prospective patients who may have fallen out of contact: our goal is to ensure that no one is left behind!
