Summary
Join Appen as an Enterprise Account Executive and play a key role in our growth strategy. This new business-focused role, reporting to the VP of Sales, will involve identifying and winning large-scale enterprise business engagements delivering high-end AI data. You will uncover client business challenges, build trust with senior-level stakeholders, develop sales materials, and manage the complete deal cycle. As an expert storyteller, you will showcase Appen's solutions and execute business plans to meet revenue goals. Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise sales in a technology services environment with demonstrated success in high value deals
- 3+ years of experience in the AI/ML space and understanding of the type of data solutions available
- Effectively articulate client use cases into solutions, showcasing value for C-suite stakeholders
- A curious mindset and creative approach to solving problems
- Exceptional communication skills including developing and communicating of materials to senior stakeholders
- Deep network of partners and clients
- Willingness to travel 50-75% within the Americas
Responsibilities
- Uncover client business challenges in large complex environments and provide appropriate value-driven solutions
- Win engagement and trust at the senior level
- Develop sales collateral and prepare/deliver presentations both virtually and in-person
- Manage the complete deal cycle and advance large engagements through internal and external stakeholders
- Confidently explain how Appen's solutions have uniquely helped clients successfully deploy AI/ML systems, while developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue objectives and overcome obstacles
