Summary
Join Miro as a founding member of their Asia Sales team and help grow their presence in the region. As an Account Executive, you will focus on developing new markets, accelerating deal cycles, and closing deals for net-new enterprise accounts in India and Singapore. You will be responsible for identifying key stakeholders, understanding customer challenges, and demonstrating how Miro can transform their businesses. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, SDRs, channel, customer success, and sales engineering to drive the sales cycle and funnel. This role requires 7+ years of experience selling and closing complex SaaS sales deals, exceeding quota, and working with multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for forecasting pipeline accurately, achieving monthly/quarterly quotas, and building account action plans to define expansion strategies. Requirements
- 7+ years of selling and closing Enterprise complex SaaS sales deals and exceeding quota
- Experience selling into India and Singapore-based companies (MUST)
- Working with multiple stakeholders and lead sales cycle
- Strong prospecting, Territory/Account planning, and team-selling experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Accurately Forecast and Track Sales Activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have the ability to grow rapport and relationships with potential clients
- You have a great attitude that can manoeuvre through ambiguity and the ability to work and collaborate with a growing team
- You are an Analytical Thinker who leverages data to make informed decisions

Responsibilities
- Prospect, Develop, and Close new customers on our Miro Platform
- Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed business
- Close Enterprise-Level reoccurring deals $30k+ while executing on run rate deals of $15K, ASP of ~$30K
- Work cross functionally to influence the sales cycle and funnel with marketing, SDRs, Channel, Customer Success and Sales Engineering
- Identify, Establish and Cultivate relationships with Senior Level Executives
- Forecast Pipeline Accurately and Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
- Combine the interests of multiple client stakeholders to drive account revenue growth
- Build account action plans to help define appropriate expansion strategies
- Be a key component in ensuring we have accurate data in our CRM to drive the strategy for our future growth
- Use a variety of methods (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision makers
