Summary

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Account Executive to drive enterprise relationships in North America and help sign deals with freight forwarders. The role involves exploring new business opportunities, designing solutions, managing relationships, and representing the company at events. Candidates should have experience as an Account Executive or Consultant, strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Requirements

  • Experience working as an Account Executive or Consultant in a fast-growth venture-backed or IPO’d B2B technology company
  • Proven track record of building trust and strong working relationships with senior stakeholders from ground zero
  • Intuitive technological understanding and drive to comprehensively understand our product and customers' needs
  • Willingness to embrace uncertainty and display a high level of adaptability
  • Ability to learn and be open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Exposure to enterprise sales processes
  • Fluency in English (C2)

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise relationships in North America from exploration phase through consulting on change, solution design, negotiation, and successful closing
  • Continuously develop our value proposition by effectively exploring customer business needs and competitive landscape
  • Proactively drive account planning with marketing, pre-sales, and lead generation teams
  • Build sustainable and successful stakeholder relationships using a proactive and consultative approach
  • Represent cargo.one at industry and customer events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Manage and keep CRM and related sales documentation up to date

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics / air freight is a plus
