Enterprise Account Executive

Summary

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales
• Proven track record of selling complex, 6-figure deals
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Experience with strategic prospecting
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Be an impactful player on a high-performing enterprise sales team
• Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals
• Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling Human Resources technology, such as HRIS, HCM, Talent Acquisition, or other HR-focused solutions, a strong plus
• Proficiency with Salesforce, a plus
