Requirements
- You bring at least 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a similar role, with a focus on large, strategic accounts
- You have a strong background in managing long sales cycles and closing six-figure-plus deals
- You are highly skilled at presenting complex solutions to senior-level decision-makers, including C-suite executives
- You have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- You thrive in a consultative sales environment, focusing on understanding client needs and crafting custom solutions
- You are comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools, and have experience leveraging them to drive results (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- You are a self-motivated, driven individual who excels in a remote, fast-paced environment
- You are a team player who can collaborate effectively with various departments, ensuring successful deal closure and customer onboarding
- You have a Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in expanding HiHello's presence within enterprise-level accounts, targeting large, strategic clients
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
- Work closely with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential enterprise customers
- Negotiate and close large, high-value deals with complex purchasing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in your approach
Preferred Qualifications
SaaS experience is strongly preferred, with experience selling to enterprise clients being highly valuable
