Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years sales experience, with 5+ years of quota-carrying, enterprise sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience leading and closing 6+ month, multi-buyer, $500k+ deals
- Demonstrated success in partnering with and selling to HR Executives (CHRO, CLO, CPO, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for executive communication
- Experience using a CRM (Hubspot is a plus) to manage sales process
- Self starter that is process driven, organized, and can be agile in a startup selling environment
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline by engaging enterprise clients through networking, events, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc
- Design a consultative sales process through a deep understanding of the prospective clientsโ goals and challenges. Educate on Mursionโs value and establish yourself as a strategic advisor
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives and influencers. Multithread across an organization, understand organizational structure, decision makers, and buying process
- Craft and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations tailored to senior executives, including C-suite. Leverage storytelling skills are necessary to clearly communicate complex concepts, business cases, and solutions in a concise and persuasive manner
- Maintain strong organizational systems including strong data hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to achieve sales goals; collaborate with Engagement Managers to support and set expectations for customers
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through strong deal management. Lead the negotiation process, including pricing and contract terms. Partner with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and implementation
