Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of full-cycle B2B software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and account growth metrics
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is strongly preferred)
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
- Proven track record of quota and retention achievement
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong multi-level relationships with stakeholders
- Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or named accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and retention goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure clients receive best-in-class support and service
- Understand client goals and translate them into tailored solutions using our industry-leading mobile data collection platform
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM (Salesforce)
- Drive contract negotiations and renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or risks
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in mobile technology, data collection, or enterprise software
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a customer-centric organization
- Understanding of recurring revenue models and customer lifetime value
