You will focus on expanding our platform's adoption within existing enterprise clients' satellite offices and regional branches. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and requires strong communication and negotiation skills. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless client experience and meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in fintech or wealth management, and a proven ability to sell into multi-location organizations. Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software inside sales experience, preferably in fintech or wealth management
- Proven ability to sell into multi-location organizations or manage regional/affiliate sales motions
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, with experience navigating complex account hierarchies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with account teams and customer success
- Highly organized with a data-driven mindset and CRM proficiency
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of accounts affiliated with existing enterprise-level clients
- Prospect and engage with decision-makers at satellite offices, regional branches, or subsidiaries aligned with enterprise clients
- Educate and position the value of our solution tailored to regional needs, leveraging enterprise relationship credibility
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation strategy (with marketing & BDR support) through negotiation to close
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Teams to ensure aligned messaging and client experience
- Track pipeline and forecasting in CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly penetration targets for license deployment
