Enterprise Growth Marketing Lead

Requirements

• 8+ years experience doing Enterprise growth/marketing
• Based in (or strong understanding of) Indian market
• Strong at copywriting and content development
• Product marketing ability - deeply understanding the customer base and determining how to position and message the product
• Analytical skills - you can use Google Sheets and/or SQL to understand the impact of the work you’re doing
• Ownership, autonomy, bias to action

Responsibilities

• Define our growth strategy in India
• Work with our India GM to drive more leads and nurture our existing pipeline
• Establish driving our consideration by translating growth efforts and collateral that have worked in the US and EU for the Indian market
• Run events and webinars
• Produce thought leadership content
• Craft and optimize nurture sequences
• Create sales collateral
• Find the best partnership and sponsorship opportunities
• Work with our performance marketing team for retargeting and ABM

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in 1 or more relevant channels (cold email / SEO / managing affiliates / performance marketing)
• Product sense
• Design skills
