Summary
Join Offchain Labs, a leader in blockchain technology, as their Growth Marketing Lead. You will drive user adoption of Web3 games on Arbitrum using innovative growth techniques. This central role ensures the success of partnered games through consultations, growth campaigns, and strategic planning. You will develop and execute user growth strategies, design incentive campaigns, and serve as a consultant to gaming partners. Requirements
- 5+ years in growth management, in relation to Web2 and Web3 related growth experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview
- In-depth knowledge of the Web3 gaming ecosystem
- Good grasp of Web3 gaming user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey
- Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners
- Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done
- Be able to work across time zones with global partners
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive user growth strategies for gaming partners on Arbitrum, combining traditional and web3 marketing techniques including social campaigns, content creator activations, digital marketing, and innovative web3-native engagement methods like NFT and token-based esports activations
- Design and implement strategic growth incentive campaigns for the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem, working closely with the gaming partnerships team to align partner objectives with increased on-chain activity
- Serve as a strategic growth consultant to gaming partners, deeply understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions to accelerate their on-chain adoption and success
- Orchestrate end-to-end marketing campaigns in collaboration with community, partnership, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact across all channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, providing strategic input on go-to-market strategies, sharing market insights, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious partner growth targets
- Establish and evolve growth frameworks and community engagement programs that strengthen the cohesion and vitality of Arbitrum's gaming ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
Gaming and/or Web3 professional marketing experience
