Summary

The Enterprise Sales Rep will drive new revenue at Pagos by managing end-to-end sales processes in a fast-paced startup environment. They will identify and build pipelines of greenfield opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, create outbound strategies, and work closely with Product and Solution Engineering teams to improve the user experience and contribute to product strategy. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in payments, commerce, or fintech, an understanding of complex technical and business requirements, a deep understanding of MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies, a strong network within the payments industry, excellent communication skills, and a bias for action.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience and a track record of success within payments, commerce and/or fintech
  • Understanding and navigation of complex technical and business requirements
  • Deep understanding of MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies for effective and predictable pipeline management
  • Strong network and engagement within the payments industry
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence and align decision making across stakeholders
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build robust pipelines of greenfield opportunities from scratch
  • Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise customers
  • Create outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
