Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within the sales industry and enterprise sales in a consultative selling environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience selling into the C-suite and with procurement
  • Proven ability to navigate large complex organizations

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and managing key growth accounts
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry for a subscription-based sales model
  • Define the overall approach for specific high-value accounts, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data
  • Player/coach to sales reps, coordinators, and account managers
  • Drive the sales process, partnered with staff scientists who will conduct technical demos and answer scientific questions (a scientific background is not required for this role)
  • Represent the organization and product at industry events, and other thought leadership opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus if you’ve worked in the biotech or pharmaceutical sales industry, but a scientific background is not required
