Enterprise Sales Executive

Summary

The job involves managing key growth accounts, identifying business opportunities in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry, and representing the organization at industry events. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, Digital Media, or subscription sales business. Excellent communication skills are required, as is the ability to navigate large complex organizations. A growth-oriented mindset is essential. The role offers a base salary of $75,000 plus commissions, stock options, and excellent benefits including comprehensive health and 401(k).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within the sales industry and enterprise sales in a consultative selling environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience selling into the C-suite and with procurement
• Proven ability to navigate large complex organizations

Responsibilities

• Identifying and managing key growth accounts
• Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry for a subscription-based sales model
• Define the overall approach for specific high-value accounts, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data
• Player/coach to sales reps, coordinators, and account managers
• Drive the sales process, partnered with staff scientists who will conduct technical demos and answer scientific questions (a scientific background is not required for this role)
• Represent the organization and product at industry events, and other thought leadership opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus if you’ve worked in the biotech or pharmaceutical sales industry, but a scientific background is not required
