Summary

Visual Lease is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to sell financial applications to large companies worldwide. The role involves navigating other functional groups across a customer’s organization, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of Visual Lease products and solutions. Remote work opportunities are available in certain states.

Requirements

  • Average of 5-7 years of experience preferred of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field in Software sales
  • Required to have experience selling within FinTech and the Office of Finance required
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota with enterprise deals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
  • Experience selling to the C-suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to achieve sales success; including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management
  • Robust listening skills; consultative approach to understanding client needs
  • Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value-based selling process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creation of convincing and strategic sales approach, proposal, documentation and presentation
  • Experience responding to RFI and RFPs (where applicable) and working with large companies to guide the RFP process
  • Consistently maintain high levels of sales activity without management intervention; exceptional personal discipline
  • Ability to publicly represent Visual Lease with internal and external customers, partners & alliances, and at events and seminars

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by positioning Visual Lease as a leader in our industry, offering unique, value-added solutions and services
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and monthly recurring revenue quotas on a consistent basis
  • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Identify prospects, generate interest, build pipeline, and manage effective sales-cycles
  • Conduct effective, consultative discovery meetings with prospects to assess needs, people impacted across an enterprise, understand their work processes, and existing systems / tech stack
  • Effectively utilize resources (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.) to reach and identify prospects
  • Strategic, executive-level selling in a consultative manner
  • Sell to multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts
  • Understanding the market and the challenges prospects face, mapping accounts key decision makers, identifying their financial & operational challenges and understanding how our solutions deliver value
  • Accurately and effectively manage pipeline and communicate forecasting expectations to senior leadership
  • Work in close coordination with executive management, partners, and other internal teams
  • Stay current on market and industry conditions, needs and competitor strategies, goals and approaches

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to leverage existing relationships to aid in selling customers executives and partners is a plus
