Summary
Join FlexiPay, a top-25 Ukrainian startup in HRTech/FinTech, as their Enterprise Sales Manager (B2B). You will be responsible for bringing a new technological product to the market, focusing on large companies. This is an opportunity to significantly contribute to the growth of a startup at an early stage. The role involves a full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and client support. You will conduct presentations, manage CRM, and coordinate pilot launches. The company offers a dynamic work environment, a valuable product, and the chance to make significant deals. Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (Ukraine) from 2 years of experience
- Experience closing deals with large companies (Enterprise)
- Understanding of the full sales cycle: from finding and qualifying leads to signing a contract and further expanding cooperation with the client
- Ability to conduct product presentations (online and offline)
- Ability to manage client database in CRM
- High level of structure and organization
- Excellent Ukrainian language skills: oral and written
Responsibilities
- Full cycle from finding and attracting to closing deals and supporting new clients through active communication (calls, letters, LinkedIn, offline meetings, participation in industry events)
- Maintaining CRM and reporting
- Organizing and conducting online/offline presentations with client stakeholders
- Coordinating pilot launches with clients
- Searching for potential partners (e.g., integrators/software vendors) to expand sales channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales in HR and/or finance
- Experience in building partner sales channels
- Experience with HubSpot, including automation
- Using AI tools in sales
