Based remotely in the USA or Canada (EST preferred), you will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, overseeing the complete implementation lifecycle of our platform. Responsibilities include helping clients set up their back-office infrastructure, understanding their business models, architecting workflows, and ensuring autonomous platform use post-implementation. You will also provide product feedback to the development team. The ideal candidate possesses a deep interest in crypto, 1-2 years of experience in tech implementation/consulting/finance, and a proven track record of complex project delivery. Requirements

• 1-2 years working in tech implementation/consulting/finance

Responsibilities

• Help leading crypto enterprises set up their back-office infrastructure
• Understand client business models - analyse and map out their flow of funds
• Key use cases include: Exchanges, Banks, Wallets, Foundations, DeFi enterprises, Gaming, and Miners
• Architect workflows that Cryptio fits into their finance operation
• Take ownership of implementation of Cryptio for the client with a view for them to be able to autonomously use the platform post implementation
• Product feedback — think about how the product offering can develop and how this is relayed to the product team to ensure we’re building solutions to solve real problems
