Entry Level Outside Sales Representative

Summary

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring an entry level sales representative for a role that involves acquiring new customers and managing existing ones in the Healthcare Industry. The candidate should have strong relationship building skills, excellent communication skills, and be energetic and outgoing. Requirements

• Strong work ethic and customer focus
• Very strong relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Energetic and outgoing personality with an affinity for engaging with the public
• Ability to focus on new business development, as well as continued contact with current business
• Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Familiarity with tablets and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
• CRM software experience a plus (Salesforce, Spotio, Badger, etc.)
• Demonstrated success working independently and without close supervision

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and manage existing customers by calling on pharmacies in a designated territory
• Conduct daily prospecting, rapport building, and follow ups
• Present unique value proposition to reps
• Achieve a minimum quota and log of all sales activities each day into a CRM
