Requirements

  • Work history exemplifying the responsibilities of which this position entails
  • Demonstrate understanding of ERP data model/configuration and transaction flows in one or more of the following areas: Order Management/Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Record-to-Report
  • Proficient in designing/developing custom records, forms, segments, fields, workflow, Saved Search, Saved Reports, permissions/roles, CSV import, data mass updates, automation
  • Perform administrative tasks in Netsuite or equivalent ERP, such as roles and permissions
  • Experience in ERP Business Requirements Gathering, Documentation, Fit-Gap Assessment, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live activities
  • Knowledge of NetSuite or equivalent ERP Implementation Methodology and Deliverables (NetSuite One and SuiteSuccess Methodology)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld Deployments
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of NetSuite functional and development experience or equivalent ERP experience

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service to the GuidePoint user base
  • Elicit, document, and refine business, and non-functional requirements using appropriate documentation techniques
  • Drive simplicity in process and design to support scalability and reliability
  • Improve systems by studying current practices, industry trends and suggesting modifications
  • Adhere to standards and IT best practices, including but not limited to system, design, operational, installation, security and configuration
  • Be willing to accept changes in the organization and adapt to changes through learning and communication
  • Communicate progress, challenges and issues to management in an effective, consistent and timely manner
  • Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with a larger team
  • Ability to articulate through understanding a solid knowledge of SDLC and functional process design
  • Ability to prioritize projects, maintain timelines and provide an appropriate level of service to the business
  • Willingness to learn and at times share with/train other members of the IT team
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Functional and technical experience configuring NetSuite Financial and OpenAir/Advance Project Management is a plus
  • CPA Certification is a plus
  • Certified NetSuite Professional is a plus
