Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, B2B/B2P communications, or integrated campaign management—ideally in tech, mobility, or agency environments
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple events simultaneously
- A hands-on attitude: you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with content marketing, Linkedin, and performance promotion channels
- Experience working with agencies and freelancers (e.g., for design or event logistics)
- A natural eye for quality, branding, and audience experience
- Fluent in English and German; French, Italian and any other language is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead B2P (and B2C) Event Management: Plan and execute international partner-facing events (e.g., fairs, conferences, webinars) in close collaboration with the Sales & Business Development team, as well as and user-facing community events (e.g., Swipy Tour) in collaboration with the marketing team
- Coordinate Vendors & Logistics: Manage external service providers and all event logistics to ensure smooth execution and memorable experiences
- Event Messaging & Positioning: Develop and align event messaging including themes, speaker briefs, key talking points and presentation materials, ensuring consistency with FAIRTIQ’s brand and strategic priorities
- Drive Event Promotion: Create and implement promotional campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid channels and more to drive visibility, registrations, and leads
- Create & Manage Event Materials: Coordinate the development of flyers, giveaways, signage, and other branded materials required for events
- Track Budgets & Report Outcomes: Manage event budgets responsibly and prepare clear post-event reports, including KPIs, budget status, stakeholder feedback, and recommendations
- Support B2P Communication: Contribute to blog posts, white papers, Linkedin and newsletters during quieter event periods
- Collaborate & Optimize Processes: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales & Business Development, other internal stakeholders and support roles (e.g., interns or working students) to improve, document, and scale repeatable event and communication workflows
