Requirements

  • Proven experience at least 2 years in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors effectively
  • Proficiency of Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate events, including Wellbeing Programme activities and company-wide Connect Initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define event goals and schedules
  • Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination
  • Provide on-site support to ensure seamless execution
  • Analyze event performance and prepare reports on attendance, feedback, and budgets
  • Maintain event documentation and conduct post-event evaluations to enhance the experience of future events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with wellbeing initiatives or corporate event planning is considered a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field is preferred
