Event Marketing Manager

Join Axiom's Marketing team as a Manager, Event Marketing! This remote US-based role involves managing B2B events to promote Axiom's brand and value proposition to legal leaders. You will collaborate with various departments to create compelling event experiences, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and develop marketing materials. The ideal candidate possesses 5-7 years of experience in legal, B2B, or event marketing, with proven communication skills and experience in both live and virtual event production. Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in legal, B2B or event marketing
• Experience executing both live and virtual event production, industry talent and vendor management
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
• Openness to occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Support the team through thoughtful event management and execution on projects that reflect our core revenue generating KPIs and differentiates Axiom in the market, with specific attention to tentpole trade show events like The ACC Annual Meeting
• Collaborate and support Commercial Sales in the production of intimate client events, category events and sponsorships
• Manage daily development, production, budgets, and vendor relationships for assigned projects
• Build relationships and collaborate across the organization with Commercial Sales, Creative, PR, Customer Marketing and other related functions, keeping partners informed and engaged throughout projects
• Develop event collateral and other related materials including marketing materials and recap reports
• Manage and become expert in event applications and tools such as Asana and Wrike and reporting tools like Salesforce and Tableau
• Support manager in establishing workflow / processes and best practices for concept development, production, department communications and more
