Summary

Join our team as an Events Materials & Print Coordinator! You will be responsible for the production and management of all print and digital materials for our events, ensuring everything is on time, looks great, and aligns with our brand. Collaborate with shipping, marketing, and design teams to manage inventory, update materials, and ensure timely delivery. Your duties include managing event materials, coordinating with the shipping lead, partnering with marketing and design teams, working with vendors, monitoring costs, ordering supplies, supporting on-site setup and breakdown, and ensuring brand consistency. This role requires experience in print production, materials coordination, or events; strong organizational skills; familiarity with inventory management; excellent communication; and tech-savviness. The ability to juggle multiple priorities and willingness to travel frequently are also essential. Basic design software knowledge or print spec experience is a plus.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation, updating, and tracking of all event materials (print + digital)
  • Coordinate with the shipping lead to keep inventory organized and accounted for
  • Partner with the marketing and design teams to refresh and proof materials
  • Work with vendors for print production and deliveryβ€”on time and within budget
  • Monitor material costs and track expenses
  • Order supplies and promotional items ahead of event deadlines
  • Support on-site material setup and breakdown when attending events
  • Ensure everything is brand-consistent, polished, and guest-ready

Preferred Qualifications

Basic design software knowledge or print spec experience
