Requirements
- Have a can-do attitude with a strong desire to take a hands-on approach to supporting the coordination and creation of events
- Possess a proven ability to work under pressure with non-negotiable timelines
- Have experience interpreting briefs, delivering appropriate events that meet expectations within budget, brand, and time constraints
- Demonstrate strong business acumen
- Be a team player who can work alongside cross-functional teams and various geographies
- Possess effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of event strategies and campaigns that support Datacom growth aspirations and capitalize on our value proposition
- Manage the organization's complete annual event schedule, individual event logistics, and conduct post-event analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the events/campaigns
- Ensure value and business outcomes are evaluated and articulated appropriately
- Develop, evaluate, and implement strategies to increase ROI from event initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to align event strategy with business objectives
- Further refine and implement a continuous improvement program based on the business analysis/process re-engineering principles and support the effective progression of strategic ideas and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Provide a detailed brief to the attending team to ensure the efficient operation and brand alignment
