Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute sales events, including global sales meeting, sales incentives trip, and trade shows
- Negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms
- Develop and present event proposals and plans, including timelines, budgets, and themes, to key stakeholders
- Manage and track event budgets to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality outcomes
- Enter and oversee contract requests in the internal management system, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event goals align with company objectives
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, registration, catering, and on-site coordination
- Identify and implement creative solutions to enhance attendee experiences
- Evaluate event success through post-event feedback and analytics, making recommendations for improvement
