Requirements
- Previous experience in an Executive/Personal Assistant role
- Proficient in tools such as WordPress and Google Ads
- Background in basic web development or related technical fields
- Demonstrated ability to research and identify innovative solutions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication, written and copywriting skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Proficient in Google Suite or MS Office Suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
- Providing admin support to the marketing team
- A positive, can-do attitude where no task is too small
Responsibilities
- Efficient Diary & Email Management: Prioritize and manage the Director's schedule, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple commitments
- Expense & Invoice Oversight: Process expenses and ensure timely payment of invoices to maintain financial efficiency
- Travel & Accommodation Planning: Organize detailed itineraries and bookings for the Director's business trips
- Executive & Personal Assistance: Provide proactive support to the Director, managing both professional and personal tasks as needed
- HR & Recruitment Support: Facilitate hiring processes, including candidate screening and coordination
- Marketing Assistance: Support marketing initiatives by handling delegated tasks to meet objectives
- Progress Monitoring & Feedback: Track outstanding tasks, provide updates, and ensure objectives are achieved efficiently

- ��30,000 - £40,000 salary per annum, depending on experience
