The 'Nice to Have' qualifications include experience working for a high-growth post-series A or B startup, experience supporting sales and business teams, project management and/or data analyst experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting one or more senior executives
- High proficiency using Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and Slack
- Excellent time-management, communication and organizational skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style
- Strong business judgment, with the ability to meet deadlines, balance multiple requests, and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to quickly build rapport with internal and external partners
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them
- Optimistic, reliable and flexible attitude
- Reliable high-speed internet
Responsibilities
- Organize and proactively deconflict the executiveβs schedule
- Prepare daily briefings summarizing organizational updates
- Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Communicate internally and externally on behalf of the executive
- Anticipate needs proactively and work autonomously to get ahead of them
- Contribute insights and ideas that improve business process or culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a high-growth post-series A or B startup
- Experience supporting sales and business teams
- Project management and/or data analyst experience
