Summary

Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative roles
- Experience in handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are essential
- Proficiency in office software, including G-suite Excel
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with team members
- Prepare and distribute administrative reports, offering insights into operational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in administrative and financial processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the company by professionally managing phone calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Handle email correspondence with current and prospective customers, ensuring timely and clear communication
- Coordinate effectively with employees to facilitate seamless internal communication and task management
- Ensure all administrative documentation is accurately maintained and complies with internal policies and regulations
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs is advantageous
- A person who likes to introduce new software
