Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in Canva, with a portfolio of previous work required to move forward for the role
  • Background in customer support and/or marketing roles
  • Excellent proficiency in English with minimal accent
  • Proactive and communicative, able to grasp tasks quickly

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' schedules, communications, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for meetings
  • Act as liaison between executives and departments
  • Ensure smooth workflow and resource management across teams
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration
  • Plan, execute, and track project progress
  • Define scope, timelines, and resources
  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a tech or construction-related industry
  • Experience in Ops Management and Marketing
  • Familiarity with project management tools
