Join Planet as a thoughtful and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer and a Vice President, both based in the UK. This remote, full-time, temporary position (12 months) offers a wide range of responsibilities, including heavy calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and collaboration with the Executive Support team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a high-growth company, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Google Suite. The role requires managing domestic and international travel, preparing presentations, and organizing offsite events. Requirements
- 4+ years experience supporting senior executives at a high growth company
- Excellent follow up skills and an ability to manage up
- Ability to respond and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience in general administrative support ranging from travel and accommodations, heavy calendar management and creating presentations
- Experience in organizing offsites and mid-scale events
- Ability to be mature, resilient and maintain professionalism while working with internal and external high-profile people alike
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to ensure others around you are as well
- Ability to be proactive and always anticipate the needs of others
- Ability to be both detail-oriented and understand the big picture, keeping priorities in constant shuffle
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Ability to find solutions with minimal direction
- Google suite proficiency
Responsibilities
- Heavy calendar and operational support in a dynamic environment
- Prioritize tasks and organize requests to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Manage domestic and international travel and itineraries
- Prepare meeting content including agendas and presentations
- Collaborate with the Executive Support team

- Familiarity working at a global business with multiple offices and timezones
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- Ability to ask questions, learn and work collaboratively
