Join Sterlington, an international law firm, as a full-time independent contractor Executive Assistant providing first-class support to a senior executive. You will manage calendars, travel, and scheduling; communicate effectively with senior managers, partners, and clients; maintain accurate records; support various administrative projects; and handle confidential information. The role requires 8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a professional environment, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting. Fluency in English and strong proficiency in MS Office are essential. Experience in a remote work environment is also required. The position offers the opportunity to work with a scaling company and contribute to seamless operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Fluent English (verbal and written communications)
- Strong proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel/Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading etc.)
- Experience of working within a remote environment
- Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
- Excellent organizational / project management skills
- Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Responsibilities
- Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate templates and folders on SharePoint and other systems
- Support with a range of administration-focused projects
- Any other duties as required
