Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in relevant software and tools, including: Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Zoom
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence
- Highly proactive and organized, with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Generate and follow up on leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) traits defined by the CEO
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives
- Oversee backend administrative tasks, event coordination, and document preparation
- Conduct market research, create presentations, and provide data for decision-making
