Summary
Join Marqeta as Head of Demand Generation to lead marketing efforts across the UK and key European markets. You will design and execute integrated campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales teams, collaborating with sales leadership, product marketing, and external partners. The role demands a deep understanding of tailoring demand strategies to specific markets and leveraging data insights. A flexible work style is encouraged, with a few days per week in the London office. This is a strategic role focused on optimizing campaign performance and influencing future marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B marketing experience and a strong analytical mindset.
Requirements
- 8 years’ experience in B2B performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing role
- Proven track record delivering pipeline through integrated programs in the UK and key European markets
- Deep understanding of demand strategy across paid media, events, and outbound marketing support
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo or a similar automation platform
- Strong analytical and testing mindset with an innate ability to interpret marketing data, share performance results, and influence action across a cross-functional team
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated demand generation campaigns across the UK and priority European markets
- Own campaign strategy for events, paid media, media partnerships, email, and outbound prospecting support
- Analyse campaign and channel performance to drive insights, continuously improve conversion, and influence future strategy
- Constantly test, iterate, and share performance insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or embedded payments
- Familiarity with platforms like Demandbase, Google Ads, GA4
