Join Intelerad's ANZ team as a hybrid Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and People Team Lead! This role offers a unique opportunity to support leadership, manage office operations, and contribute to HR functions within a growing healthcare software company. Based in Melbourne with a flexible hybrid work model (mostly remote, 4-5 hours/day, 4 hours onsite Wednesdays), you will provide critical administrative support, oversee office functions, and act as the local HR point of contact. This part-time position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in executive support, office management, or HR. Collaborate with a global team and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Be based in Melbourne with the ability to be in the office as needed – usually on Wednesdays
  • Have experience in executive support, office management, and/or HR functions
  • Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Have excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Be able to work independently while collaborating with a global team
  • Work every day (Mon-Fri), for ~4-5 hours per day, with a minimum of 4 hours onsite in Melbourne on Wednesdays

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the ANZ General Manager and occasional support to other senior leaders
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Assist with internal communications, presentations, and reporting
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a productive and engaging workplace environment
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and IT coordination
  • Organise team events, meetings, and company gatherings
  • Act as the local HR point of contact for the ANZ team, partnering with the global HR team
  • Support employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and HR compliance
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in the tech (SaaS / other IT sector) or healthcare industry
