Requirements
- Provide your own devices
- A suitable work-from-home space in Latin America
- Internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) Mon-Fri 10 am EST to 6 pm EST (give or take)
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps
- Proven experience as an operations assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Basic understanding of business management and operations
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant will be a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Are motivated by impact and driven by wanting to help others

Responsibilities
- Work closely with our CEO or other members of our senior leadership teams, as well as our organization's internal and external stakeholders, to implement the companyโs vision through strategy, executive support, project management, change management, and communication management
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the company
- Provide administrative support to operations staff
- Update and maintain operation procedures and documentation
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the operations team
- Compile and process operation-related reports and forms
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with inter-departmental protocols
- Assist in the management of operational budgets and expenses
- Support the management with operational issues and the implementation of new directives for service enhancement
- Research and develop plans for personal and professional growth
- Surprise and delight leadership by demonstrating initiative
- Build rapport with our existing business network and team and help to manage these important relationships
- Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably experienced with online/remote/virtual work, however not essential
- A charismatic โcan doโ attitude
