Requirements

  • 5-7 years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in both agency and inhouse environments
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering on executive search mandates
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, market research, and other tools
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle executive search engagements, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their leadership hiring needs and delivering strategic talent solutions
  • Identify and engage senior-level talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and networking
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and executive hiring best practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior executives, providing insights on talent acquisition strategies
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of executive-level candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Continuously refine recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency, diversity, and quality of hires
