We seek a highly skilled Executive Search Sourcer expert in desk research, market mapping, and name generation, with SHREK methodology experience. This position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and proven experience as an Executive Search Sourcer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Search Sourcer, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, high-growth or technology-driven environment
  • Proficiency in desk research methodologies, market mapping, and name generation techniques
  • Strong understanding of SHREK (Skills, Habits, Relationships, Experience, and Knowledge) retained search methodology
  • Exceptional assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidates against specific criteria and organizational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive desk research and market mapping to identify top talent in software, electrical engineering, automotive, and related fields
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to generate candidate leads and maintain a robust talent pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Utilize SHREK methodology to provide in-depth candidate assessments and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals to expand the talent network
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in executive recruiting
