Requirements

  • Prior experience working as an executive assistant
  • Experience in any sector of real estate, primarily to understand the lingo
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to be the first point of contact for the CEO's inbox
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new (but simple) software, such as HubSpot and Asana

Responsibilities

  • Manage email communications
  • Calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Data and file organization
  • Deliver reports and updates on various projects
  • Weekly budget/schedule reporting for ongoing projects
  • Checking on marketing campaign metrics, summarizing, and reporting these
  • Managing the CEO’s inbox and scheduling meetings
  • Reporting on weekly Asana status updates
  • Cleaning and maintaining the organization of Google Drive
  • General administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling personal appointments, grocery deliveries, etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency and experience working in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Going into Excel, cleaning up, and migrating data into a Google Sheet, adding new functionality
  • Setting up an integration in HubSpot
  • Reading, compiling, and reporting on data from market reports
