Summary

A dynamic real estate development firm seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO, with responsibilities including managing email communications, calendar scheduling, data organization, and reporting on project status. The ideal candidate has prior experience as an executive assistant, strong English communication skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and experience in any sector of real estate.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working as an executive assistant
  • Experience in any sector of real estate, primarily to understand the lingo
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to be the first point of contact for the CEO's inbox
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new (but simple) software, such as HubSpot and Asana

Responsibilities

  • Weekly budget/schedule reporting for ongoing projects
  • Checking on marketing campaign metrics, summarizing, and reporting these
  • Managing the CEO’s inbox and scheduling meetings
  • Reporting on weekly Asana status updates
  • Cleaning and maintaining the organization of Google Drive
  • General administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling personal appointments, grocery deliveries, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Strong preference for candidates with some level of technical proficiency and experience working in a fast-paced tech environment
