Requirements

  • 8+ years of supporting C-Level executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within an organization including executives, vendors, customers and partners
  • Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Calendar, Slides, and Docs
  • Highly reliable and resourceful, committed to delivering results on time
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to travel on-site to our Sunnyvale office as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief RevOps Officer, and GVP, Enterprise Revenue while anticipating and prioritizing the needs of busy executives to help them be more successful each day
  • Handle and prioritize all aspects of calendar management and requests from internal and external requestors allowing efficient use of time while allowing your executives to be productive during their workday
  • Coordinate executive and department meetings and conference calls, including agenda development, materials/slide deck support, logistics, meeting space, communications, and catering as needed
  • Support organizational planning, QBRs, and fun team events including executive support around project and process management, timelines and slide decks required for these
  • Act as a primary point for monitoring travel and entertainment budgets for your department, in addition to supporting your executives with expense and purchase requisition management
  • Plan and manage all travel arrangements for the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief RevOps Officer, and GVP, Enterprise Revenue ensuring briefing materials are in place for any external meetings
  • Work closely with other administrative support team members to collectively ensure remarkable and seamless customer service to executive team
  • Operate with integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
