F&A Specialist

Summary

Join ETONIEN as an Interim FP&A Specialist to support our Private Equity-backed Technology Services client. This 6-month, fully remote (East Coast preferred) role requires a seasoned FP&A leader with experience in technology services and supporting private equity-backed companies through sale or exit processes. You will lead key FP&A initiatives, build and maintain financial models, conduct detailed financial analysis, collaborate with global finance teams, and prepare financial reports for executive leadership and PE stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, self-directed, and thrives in fast-paced environments, with experience working with international teams, particularly across Southeast Asia. Compensation is estimated at $4,000 to $5,000 USD per week.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A leadership roles within technology services, consulting, or professional services
• Demonstrated success supporting a private equity-backed business through a sale or strategic exit
• Expertise in financial modeling, pricing, bench planning, and margin/utilization analysis
• Prior experience working across time zones and partnering with international teams, especially in India and surrounding regions
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Lead key FP&A initiatives to support transaction readiness and business performance goals
• Build and maintain models for forecasting, pricing strategy, resource planning, utilization, and margin analysis
• Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data
• Prepare financial reporting and insight packages for executive leadership and PE stakeholders
• Support the development of reports and metrics aligned with valuation and performance tracking

A reasonable estimate of current total compensation range including potential discretionary incentives is $4,000 to $5,000 USD per week
