Facilitation Manager

Summary

The Facilitation Manager at LifeLabs Learning is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive engagement, performance, and growth of the full-time, part-time, and contract facilitation teams. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to expand regional presence, client resources, individual contributors, and business development and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team or teams of facilitators, teachers, coaches, and/or trainers
• Expertise in facilitation, teaching, and presenting in a full-time professional capacity. Experience teaching adult learners about workplace related topics preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, performance, and growth of the full-time, part-time, and contract facilitation teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to expand regional presence, client resources, individual contributors, and business development and marketing efforts
