Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in family law, with expertise in drafting legal documents and managing case files
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and legal research tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Work remotely with your own laptop and smartphone with broadband internet access
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of recent paralegal experience in family law
  • Availability to respond to requests within an hour, 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday – Friday
  • Quiet location for phone calls

Responsibilities

  • Draft legal documents, including letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits
  • Manage and maintain case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally
  • Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing calendars
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and case management
