Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in: Learning and development / Revenue enablement /Training design and delivery (Preferably within a technology company)
- Proven track record of: Designing multi-modal learning experiences, Coaching and mentoring professionals, Delivering complex, multi-day training programs
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to: Simplify complex concepts, Engage diverse audiences, Create compelling learning narratives
- Strong analytical mindset for measuring and improving training outcomes
- High degree of ownership and commitment to team success
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions (sales, marketing, product)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs for sales teams, ensuring rapid time-to-productivity and ongoing skill development
- Design and deliver both virtual and in-person training experiences that: Provide deep product knowledge, Reinforce sales methodologies, Build critical selling skills
- Conduct rigorous program analytics to: Measure training effectiveness, Identify skill gaps, Continuously improve enablement strategies
- Create and maintain a robust sales certification program that validates team competencies across core competencies
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to: Develop compelling sales collateral, Analyze content utilization and effectiveness, Ensure messaging alignment
- Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations for talent development
- Embed with sales teams to deeply understand their challenges, opportunities, and performance dynamics
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and just-in-time learning interventions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high growth Software-as-a-Service or technology company
- Experience in a Sales or Customer Success role
- Experience with Enablement Technology (Gong, Docebo, MindTickle, LetterAI)
- Experience training on Sales Methodologies (MEDDIC and Command of the Message)
Benefits
- U.S. base salary range for this role is $149,500, - $176,000 (CA, NY, WA) and $143,000 - $168,500 (other US locations)
