Requirements

• Be a team leader and able to work in a demanding managerial position
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Have the ability to remotely manage a team of technicians and effectively track their individual progress
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to communicate goals and enact action plans
• Possess a proven ability to multi-task and manage timelines and deadlines
• Possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service skills
• Possess computer skills including using Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Excel in particular
• Have profit and loss statement experience
• Have regional budgeting experience
• Have the ability to learn specialized software programs and navigate company databases
• Have mechanical/technological/electrical aptitude
• Have 2+ years experience in a managerial position
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in related field or 4 years equivalent relevant work experience
• Have a High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
• Vision correctable to 20/20
• Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer usage
• Requires 20-30% travel with overnight stays

• Oversee operational expenses and meet monthly budget goals by enacting cost-effective production action plans
