Summary

Join TuxCare, a CloudLinux subsidiary, as a Field Marketing Manager to boost pipeline generation and brand awareness through region-specific marketing strategies. Collaborate with sales, partner, and product teams to create and implement campaigns that deliver measurable results in key areas. Plan and execute multi-touch campaigns across North America, EMEA, and APAC using various tactics. Align closely with sales to understand regional goals and drive lead generation. Travel to support key regional events and manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up. Track regional pipeline metrics and report on campaign effectiveness. Adapt content to resonate with regional audiences. Partner with other teams to ensure alignment and amplification of field initiatives. This role requires 4+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity and open source. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B field marketing or demand generation, preferably in cybersecurity and open-source industry
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise sales teams with campaign strategy and execution
  • Experience managing events, webinars, or roadshows
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRMs (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan & Execute Regional Campaigns: Build and run multi-touch campaigns across North America, EMEA, and APAC using a mix of tactics such as ABM, digital ads, email, field events, webinars, and localized content. Your campaigns should be tightly aligned with sales priorities and designed to generate measurable pipeline
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Align closely with Sales to understand regional goals, target accounts, and drive lead-gen efforts that move the needle
  • Travel to Support Key Regional events: Attend and support high-impact field events and conferences in priority regions, particularly across EMEA. Ensure flawless execution on the ground and coordinate closely with sales and partners before, during, and after each event
  • Event Management: Manage logistics, promotion, and follow-up for field events, trade shows, and partner-hosted activities
  • Metrics & Reporting: Own regional pipeline metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and opportunities for optimization
  • Localization: Tailor content and messaging to resonate with regional audiences and industries
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Digital, and Content to ensure field initiatives are aligned and amplified

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the open-source ecosystem or Linux-based infrastructure
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems or OEMs
  • Exposure to ABM strategies
