Summary
Join Samsara's Regional Field Marketing team in Mexico and lead strategic marketing initiatives. You will own the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, designing and executing programs and events to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales. The ideal candidate has a strong background in event execution, project management, and ABM strategy development, with a deep understanding of the Mexican B2B market. This remote position requires up to 30% travel. You'll impact global industries by improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on field marketing, event marketing, or ABM with a proven ability to define strategy, lead complex initiatives, and contribute to broader go-to-market strategies
- Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and implementing large-scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and campaigns
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful, customer-facing content as part of integrated marketing initiatives
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to deliver high-quality work on deadline in a dynamic environment with multiple moving parts
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess the performance and impact of content and marketing programs, with the ability to derive strategic insights and make data-driven decisions
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset; able to work independently, take initiative, and bring strategic ideas that drive marketing and business objectives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for events and on-site activations
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of field marketing programs and events tailored to specific business needs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
- Be accountable for the ABM strategy and execution for key accounts in Mexico, working closely with sales to identify, prioritize, and activate personalized programs that drive engagement and opportunities
- Define and track key performance metrics, conduct post-event analyses, and deliver actionable ROI insights to drive ongoing optimization
- Represent the brand at key events, ensuring consistent messaging and delivering exceptional, high-impact experiences
- Manage and optimize event budgets, continuously evaluating outcomes against objectives to refine future efforts
- Collaborate closely with central and regional marketing teams, as well as cross-functional partners, to align on strategy and meet pipeline generation goals
- Create, curate, and manage event-related content, such as promotional emails, landing pages, presentations, and on-site materials, that enhances the attendee experience and reinforces key messaging
- Proactively identify new market opportunities and trends to inform field marketing and ABM strategy
- Build and manage relationships with customers and partners as part of event programming—coordinating panels, speaker engagements, and strategic conversations that highlight real-world success stories and deepen audience connection
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in or near Mexico City
- Passion for experimentation, measurement, and optimization to drive ROI continuously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess, prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve across multiple projects
- A deep understanding of B2B sales processes and customer journeys
- Expertise in B2B marketing tech stacks, including Salesforce, Tableau and Splash is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt marketing strategies to changing market conditions
