Summary

Join Skillsoft as a Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives across North America. Partner with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to develop and implement integrated marketing programs. Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy. Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital initiatives. Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools and content that support lead generation and conversion. Organize and execute regional events, both virtual and in-person. Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to optimize future initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a field or regional marketing role
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Strong understanding of the North American market landscape and buyer personas
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within North America

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, ABM programs, and digital initiatives tailored to regional audiences
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, content, and programs that support lead generation and conversion
  • Organize and execute regional events (virtual and in-person), including trade shows, customer roundtables, and partner events
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to optimize future initiatives
  • Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization
